ROW Bath Tea
HOW TO USE: Shake/ stir contents and use 1/2 of the package. You can diffuse one of two ways One is as a standard infusion.
Add about the herbs to about 2 cups of boiling water. COVER (to retain the essential oils) for about 15 minutes, then strain or add herb infusion to your prepared bathwater. Soak for 20 minutes.
The other option is to fill a muslin bag with your herbal mixture. Close the top and toss your herb bundle into a tub filled with the running HOT water. Walk away for 15 mins and give your bath time to cool down to a comfortable temperature. When you come back your bath will have infused right in the tub! Get into the tub and soak for as long as you please. When you are done, drain the tub, and rinse yourself off with soap and fresh water.
To get the most out of the bath's fragrance, consider closing the bathroom door so that the aromas don't escape. ADD-ON the tea bag to your order. It may be used like a tea bag if you add oatmeal or herbs to your order. It makes for an easy tub cleanup/ disposal. You may also use it to rub down and exfoliate while bathing. The muslin bag is reusable so DON'T DISCARD IT!
HOW TO STORE: Store the remainder in original ziplock packaging or jar with lid tightly closed in a dark cabinet or refrigerator.
