    Try our moon milk blend. It’s a combination of wellness and decadence made in alignment with Ayurveda’s “Golden Milk” drink blend created to support and nourish the body systems into balance. The traditional “Golden Milk“ supports the mind and body this beverage blend is nourishing and supports the Immune system and nervous system by supporting healthy stress levels as well as other qualities such as potentially anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, supports heart health, digestion and elimination.

    Drinking golden milk in the evening can be part of a relaxing bedtime ritual.

    An Ayurveda tradition and a comforting tonic.

    *With Herbs such as Turmeric, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Reishi, Cacao, Cinnamon, Ginger, Pink Himalayan Salt, Cardamom and Nutmeg. A great tasting trio in both non-dairy and dairy milks or a smoothie and coffee additive. Instructions included for each each type.

    Available Styles:

    Golden Moon - Shatavari and Ashwagandha blend giving a hint of caramel flavor calling in the divine femme and divine mascuiline energies. A day to night delight that will invigorate and awaken creativity and sexual energies.

    Dark Moon - A Cacao and Reishi blend giving you a HOT Chocolate Milk option to nourish the child within a beautiful morning to midday treat snd stimulating for the evening owls.

    Suggested Use:

    Serving Size : 1 - 1.5 tsp/cup of 8oz milk upto 3x daily
